Primary Diagnostics Laboratory has on board as laboratory director Dr.Jennifer Horvath-Spiegel, MD who is a triple boarded certified pathologist in Anatomical, Clinical and Cytopathology. Some of the medical technologists that we have on staff are ASCP(American Society for Clinical Pathology) certified and licensed in all the areas of the laboratory by the department of health of the state of Florida.
Was established in Southern Florida for the physicians in response to the increasingly complex and expanding laboratory support services required by primary care physicians, nursing homes, drug reabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies and specialists.
The Laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art clinical analyzers which allow the laboratory to offer a broad menu of laboratory procedures.
These laboratory procedures can be performed on-site in an accurate, rapid and efficient manner unattainable by other labs due to law of diminishing in return.

The laboratory is state licensed and fully COLA accredited as an independent clinical laboratory, and services physicians over a wide geographic area. The laboratory maintains drawing stations all over the Southern FLORIDA to help the small doctors offices reduce the cost associated with waste disposal during the collection of specimens.
The drawing stations will also eliminate spurious results due to improper storage of the specimen in lockboxes outside the doctors offices. Primary diagnostics laboratory will revolutionized laboratory services in the southern florida by the reinventing the way specimens are collected and the way results are delivered using a state of the art “instruments” and “laboratory Informatory System” which will guaranty the results of STATs specimen within hours, same day results delivery for routine test and specialty tests within days rather than weeks.
Hours of Operation:
Clinical Laboratory Testing services – 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
Outpatient collection services – Monday – Friday 0730-1700
Outreach Services – pickups Monday – Friday 0800-1830, weekend – STAT only, all testing 24 hours/day, 7days/week.
